Training the employees on the exact skills/knowledge you want them to have instead of having them get a degree from somewhere else and then trying to fill in their gaps. When I was an undergrad at Virginia in the early 2000’s, they ran an in-person accounting program focused on tax consulting in concert with UVa in Charlottesville. Pretty sure they had (or had previously had) a similar program in the Northeast |
