That's not in evidence on the international student page. The TOEFL and the IELTS are the only eligibility requirements listed except under the PLA section where English composition is mentioned.

Thank you both for your advice
TOEFL is 300+ usd, and TESU ask for a 79+ score, so i also need to study some weeks before taking it.
TECEP looks like a good opportunity because test is online instead Pearson and because of price, but as usual everything is more complicated than it seems.
I will consider other source of RA credits friendly for international students.

I emailed TESU earlier about taking TECEP.
They replied: " You can transfer your TECEP exam credits towards a Bachelor degree at TESU. However, in order to enroll in a TECEP exam, you must apply to TESU." Which as an international student is only possible if you provide them with previously mentioned credentials
But you are welcome to recheck with TESU

The COSC internet information don't specifies if those 30 credits are just non-ACE credits or any U.S. Credits...

In courses delivered in English at an institution of higher education in the United States.
TOEFL is about 300 usd, 3 courses (9 credits) at ASU is the same, so now it is better to spend the TOEFL money in ASU if you are looking for EC.
EC is ok for me but in order to save some money im also considering COSC, but with new 30 RA credits request it becames for difficult to me.

I have the same struggle but i would like concern tesu as well because ec dont accept my foreign courses (i dont have the sylbuses ).

I actually don't care anymore about my intrenational credits, because with Sophia free courses i meet all the LL courses, so no reason to spend time and money by transfering my local credits as international credtis to US. Of course, if COSC takes these credits as part of the 30 non-ACE credits, this is another story...
You think you can't "regain" those credits in a rasonable time by completing Sophia courses??
