Good book for English componsition 1 / 2? - SweetsugarNL - 08-04-2020 Im wondering if there are good books to use for English componstion 1 and 2. It is very expensive to print all the course stuff. Im not able to buy a cheap textbook from Amazon. RE: Good book for English componsition 1 / 2? - rachel83az - 08-04-2020 Are you wanting to write in it? I dislike screen reading non-fiction PDFs myself but have dealt with it to get through everything. I see that you're working on Sophia; the closest equivalent would probably be to look for books on CLEP English Composition. RE: Good book for English componsition 1 / 2? - SweetsugarNL - 08-04-2020 Thans you. Yes im working on Sophia. But other "academic writing "books are maybe als helpfull? RE: Good book for English componsition 1 / 2? - rachel83az - 08-04-2020 Sophia gives you a pretty good idea in regards to exactly what is expected and how to write a paper. If you are having issues simply writing, that would be a different type of book. Suggestions include AP English Literature & Composition for Dummies, The Complete Idiot's Guide to Writing Well, The Complete Idiot's Guide to Grammar & Style. These series (Dummies & Idiot's Guide) are quite popular and should be widely available. RE: Good book for English componsition 1 / 2? - SweetsugarNL - 08-04-2020 Thank you so much. Im from a foreign country so English is not my mothertonque. RE: Good book for English componsition 1 / 2? - rachel83az - 08-04-2020 I thought so, judging by your username. But you speak English much better than I can speak Dutch, so that's awesome.
