Sophia Continue Courses - natshar - 09-14-2020
Say someone signed up and started a Sophia course when they were free but didn't finish the course and it timed out and expired. If they pay for membership now would they be able to restart (or pick up from where they started) the same course they were not able to finish? Anyone had any experience with this?

Progress will be gone. You can repurchase.

I suspect emailing Sophia would yield better information....things change all the time...

I contacted them via chat about one of my own courses recently. I wasn't going to be able to finish it in time. I was told I could drop it and pick it up later but progress would be lost.

I messaged Sophia the other day about dropping my free course and taking it at a later date within my membership period, their message to me:
"You may drop a course at any time. When you are ready to take the course again, let us know so we can open it up for registration again."
