How to order new Acclaim ACE transcript - nomaduser - 11-01-2020
Hello guys,
ACE switched their transcript provider to Acclaim today.
Do you guys know how to order free ACE transcript from Acclaim???

Once logged in on youracclaim.com, just click on your profile icon (should be on the upper right corner) and select "Send transcript" from the dropdown menu.
Hope this is what you meant.

Thanks for your info. I created a new Acclaim account but it doesn't have any course I have taken on study.com and sophia.org so far... how can I add my old courses?
My original ACE account has all of courses but I don't know how to add them to my Acclaim account
i.e. I took this course on study.com

But it doesn't have 'add' button.. I can't add this to my Acclaim dashboard

I think we all need to be patient. I'm not sure about how course providers will send the badges to all of their students. Probably via some sort of "bulk transfer", but this is just a speculation. I was able to get a badge i was missing by inquiring the provider directly. However I doubt companies like study.com or sophia will process single requests, unless a specific problem is occurring.

I think you should contact the provider of the course (CSM in this case) and not Acclaim.

I just tried this, if you request an SDC transcript, use the "ACE via Credly" option & submit it, they'll issue all your badges. (Just open the email & accept them.)
I think a lot of the issues people are having is because they're trying to use Acclaim/Credly like you did ACE's own website, by "adding" courses to your transcript, Credly doesn't work like that. With Credly's platform, course providers issue you a badge. In other words, instead of "pulling" it onto your transcript manually, it'll be "pushed" to it automatically.
