NMJC is definitely a good option for some people. Sadly, the courses aren't self-paced. But thanks for posting the course list, that's very helpful!

Current cost per credit(hour): 70USD, to a max of 15 hours per semester. In state and in-county rates are even better, but $70 is still decent.

Just make sure your course choice is offered by distance, because some of these may be a challenge to do online.

Yes, NMJC is one of the less expensive options - but as stated, they are not self-paced, and semester-based meaning they're only at set times, making them not as useful for someone wanting to take a course right away.
