I hope someone can help me!
I am a 26 year old disabled woman who want to get a degree online.I have been using sophia but now I am using study but the final exam uses- ProctorU. which uses the webcam which interferes with the technology that allows me to control the computer. Would anyone know of an alternative website that doesn't require the use of a webcam?

What degree are you going for and which school? Study.com doesn’t use ProctorU, they use PSI RPNow, it just records the screen and webcam, there is no one looking at you really. The software is less invasive than ProctorU, which Straighterline uses for example, as someone is looking at you in real time and has control of your computer...
For math, use CSM Learn and for some free electives, take the TEEX paid courses and their freebies. They are similar to Sophia... if the school you are wanting to go to is Competency Based, most of their online degree offerings should have very less proctoring. Your main goal is to find the degree you want and the school you want to attend...

Hi, have you reached out to study.com about the issue? They may be able to make reasonable accommodations/workarounds in accordance with the ADA.
The only reason I mention that is because although there a few classes that you can do without a webcam, you won't be able to get everything you need without one.

I'm sure that if you contact the ADA coordinator for each school or provider, they will work with you to provide the appropriate accomodations.
The proctoring service, whether ProctorFU, RPnow or another organization, typically does not screen for or grant any accomodations.
Through its ADA coordinator (whom is usually referred to by a euphemism of some kind), the course provider or school will ask you for medical documentation and your "wish list" of accomodations, such as extended time, a screen reader, or assistive tech.
Once the accomodations have been settled upon, the ADA team will work with the proctoring service directly. What's nice about the process is that once your accomodations are approved, you usually need only notify the ADA team of any new course you may be taking, and they will automatically apply them without having to go through the process again.

If the reason you don't want to do webcam proctoring is simply that you don't like webcam proctoring then you are out of luck. You will probably have to take at least one course with a webcam exam and if not through ACE then through TESU (or WGU or wherever) courses you have to take.
You can ask for accommodations but only if it actually has to do with your disability somehow.

OP specifically stated that the webcam interferes with the technology that makes them be able to control the computer. It isn't because they "don't like webcam proctoring".

Aside from the capstone/cornerstone, I believe it is possible to get a TESU BALS or possibly a BSBA without the need of a webcam proctor. Davar, for instance, allows you to choose your own in-person proctor (with approval from Davar). ashkir almost took this route for a TESU degree. But, also based on ashkir's experiences, I think that UMPI would be more open to making accommodations for estherkay's needs.
