Straighterline: Life-Span Development - szmalik - 03-20-2021
Hi, is the final exam for the Life-Span Development course an open or closed book final exam? I cant find the info on the site. I did ask them via email and it will take 24-48 hours for reply, just wanted to know sooner, lol.

The only Psych course listed at https://www.straighterline.com/how-it-works/online-proctoring/exam-proctoring-details/ is closed book. So, I would guess closed. But I have no idea. Interesting that it's not listed.

SL doesn't really have UL, at least according to TESU: https://www.straighterline.com/colleges/thomas-edison-state-university/course-equivalency/ Life Span is not on the list, yet.

StraighterLine had a few UL but all of them except for one course/microbio lab was dropped to lower level. Technically, everything from StraighterLine should be lower level anyways. They have an Accounting course that transfers into TESU and is the final course standing with an UL recommendation along with the microbiology lab. Organizational Behavior, Microbiology, Cost Accounting, Business Communications was upper level at one time...cost accounting is the last of the do-do birds!

I'm guessing TESU hasn't let StraighterLine know or StraighterLine hasn't updated their page.

Wondering if it transfers the same as Human Growth and Development CLEP exam. (Psychology)

Hmm... I'm betting it'll come in the same way the Study.com Life-Span Developmental Psychology will come in - TESU PSY-211 Developmental Psychology I (more likely) OR PSY-212 Developmental Psychology II (very unlikely).
