They offer Associates and Technical degrees/Liberal Arts courses, but I am just confused on their tuition. Their out of state tuition seems to be so much more expensive than their in-state tuition of $138.90/credit. Link: https://www.nicoletcollege.edu/cost-aid/tuition -
Anyways, they have a "MyWay" competency based education for Associates, but I don't know the fee information... I guess it's good to stick with the freebie only...

Cost free -- maybe, IF you meet the requirements. Hassle-free - nope.
Unless you like Nicolet College enough to enrol in a cert or degree program (and honestly intend/expect to complete it) AND are OK with a little "begging" (documented unemployment for continuing students, essay on how COVID affected you if you're a new applicant.)
I like freebies - but this includes a "tug at the heartstrings" requirement. Not my bag. Free degree -- I MIGHT change my mind.
