LSU Online - ss20ts - 05-18-2021

Has anyone here taken classes through LSU Online? I'm enrolled in a post baccalaureate certificate program. We have open book exams proctored by Examity. Why Examity? Ugh. Now to figure out where I can take these exams with proctoring.

I'm coming to the end of my first module at LSU. They use Moodle for their online platform. The professors are really quick to respond to emails. This term is only 5 weeks long. Summer terms are 5 weeks long. The Fall Semester will have 2 8 week terms. If all goes well, I'll be done in 3 terms. Then off to grad school.

I haven't had any exams yet. I start my quizzes tomorrow. There are discussions and assignments as well. The discussion aren't bad. The classes I'm in there's a lot of people so you have plenty to respond to which is nice. So far I've had one group assignment. This was tricky because we had to contact each other and being online students, we're all over the country with different availability. We have made it work though and we'll be done with oru assignment ahead of schedule which is really nice.

I like what they have to offer. It says up to 75% of credits transfer in, was this the case for you? Seems great for a state univ, though the fees they tack onto their tuition are steep!

I'm not in a bachelor's degree program. I'm in a post baccalaureate certificate program which is 6 classes. You can't transfer anything into it. Not at all sure what you're talking about with the tuition and fees. My tuition is $326 per credit and there are no fees. I'm not an undergrad.
