No response from UMPI - NewatTESU - 07-01-2021

Hi ,
I applied to UMPI on 9th June and no response after multiple follow ups.

Decide on the degree you want and the school you want to get the degree from. I think that's a sign, they were not meant to be your school, maybe it's time to rethink things and complete most of your general education/free electives first. Then wait for them to get back to you, I would rather be proactive instead of just "waiting". Do you have 60-90 or so transfer credits? Have you decided on your degree yet?

That seems unusual for UMPI. Are you sure you actually applied or did you just fill out the "more information form"? If you did apply, have you made sure to check your spam just in case any messages went in there?

Have you called them? Did you apply or just fill out the information request form? There isn't much communication while processing your application. They wait for your transcripts before they do anything. If you've sent transcripts, have you contacted them to see if they received them? They're closed on Fridays during the summer and they're closed Monday due to the holiday. I'd call on Tuesday.

I have been working on the my credits since I joined this forum. I have completed 20 credits 18 credits in the last 3-4 weeks and working on more credits. I wanted to check with UMPI if I will be getting any credits for my work experience.

Yes, I applied and sent my high school diploma to the admission email address given the admission counselor who has also been following up.

That's it? Just your HS diploma?

Yes, no other credits I had as that time. Now, I have 18 credits from Sophia.

Exactly what I am thinking, the application is NOT yet complete.  They're waiting for more details on transfers and OP should just send off as much info as possible at this point.  If you apply and get accepted (you're enrolled when they accept you), it'll be a waste of your time always asking to get a course approved.  I would highly suggest to get past 60 or more credits before you even apply to UMPI.

You should not enroll with UMPI until you're almost at the max of your transfer credits.  This is what I highly recommend you do and then enroll with UMPI otherwise you'll be asking to get each and every one of your courses approved - My only suggestion is to complete as many Sophia.org, InstantCert, and Study.com courses as possible by following ashkir's template.  Link: https://www.degreeforum.net/mybb/Thread-6-Month-UMPI-BA-in-Management-for-3-222

Why haven't you sent your Sophia transcripts? When you applied did you send official high school transcripts? That's what they need. The transcript has to be sent by your high school to UMPI. There's only one person in YourPace admissions. Shea is really good at following up. You haven't answered the question if you called them.

RE: No response from UMPI - ashkir - 07-01-2021

They don’t make action until your transcripts are completed.
