Mail forwarding/scanning service - International

Just wondering if anyone uses a mail forwarding service when they travel for a long time, especially in a different country?
My cousin usually is alright with being away a few weeks or a couple of months, but maybe next year, they'll be away longer.
Any recommendations for which one to use?  I don't use any and haven't read any reviews on a few of them, Thanks in advance!

He's in WA state and looking to forward things to his international address if needed, otherwise, the option he's looking at is to have them "scan and email him". I'll just point him to a few sites I've looked at with these options... he doesn't really need anything forwarded unless it requires his signatures or something.

A scan of documents or contents is basically it, so many providers out there that have this service... Yeah, that's what I was thinking, I'll just recommend him a few I found, he'll do research himself... I wanted to see if there was a recommended service, as I haven't used any as I didn't have a need for it...

Doesn't USPS already do this? We moved across the country, and they did the stupid thing for a year (we didn't need it at all but there's no other option). Got a daily email of all the junk mail we received.

This one's pretty good: https://www.anytimemailbox.com/

If he's already overseas, it might be a bit of a hassle to get the notarized form they require. Otherwise, it's pretty simple to get set up.

You can notarize online with some services of notary public.
