To answer your question, the cheapest, easiest, fastest way to get graded RA credit would be through UMPI YourPace courses.  You can take them towards their AALS and also hit the 60 RA credits you're looking for towards the UPenn LPS Online BAAS.  You can get a BLS en route if you wanted to as well... it all depends on the "commitments" I mentioned above.

My question to you is, what's your final goal? Is it just this Ivy League Bachelors? Or are you going for another graduate degree after this?  There are so many ways to get you to the end goal... I would slice it differently depending on your answers and the info you provide.  You need energy, money, time to complete each credential... do you have a set budget?

Side Note: I would not go for the UPenn LPS BAAS, with that tuition alone, I would go for a Harvard Extension MALS for the same price.  You're looking at 4 courses at $10 grand, 15 courses will be over $35K, the MALS is exactly $35K for a "Ivy League" type of degree...  I would do a TESU or UMPI double degree, then finish with a MALS at Harvard Extension, it's "similar" to the LPS Online...

Thank you for all the information   UMPI courses do interest me. So, I currently have 0 credits. My goal is to get any Ivy League education in a STEM field and eventually get my Masters in Software Engineering from Harvard Extension, or get my Master of Computer and Information Technology from UPenn. The problem with graduating from TESU and then applying to HES as a graduate student is that HES requires prospective students to have a "4 year college degree". If they look at my transcript and saw a lot of ACE credits, all completed in 12 months, they could refuse my application.

I have a part time job and I can take out loans for the UPenn BAAS. I just want to transfer 60 credits to UPenn so it takes less time to complete the degree.

A TESU or Big Three degree with nontraditional aspects like these that are accelerated in terms of the calendar year will NOT be an impediment to admission for an ALM at Harvard Extension School.

What HES mean by "4 year college degree" is that the credit load is 4 academic years full-time equivalent = 120 semester hours or very close.

Very likely the key reason for this wording is to stipulate that a 3 academic year FTE = 90 semester hour equivalent bachelor's degree, e.g., some bachelor's from India or Canada, is insufficient for admission.

I have both Big Three and Harvard Extension School background and I say this with confidence.
