Has anyone taken the CIS-351 Software Engineering TESU course recently? What was your experience in the course? I heard there were some changes made.

Your reply would be very helpful.

I took the course. It was pretty boring but easy. I didn't read the book much at all.

Software Engineering at SDC isn't an UL course. I can't even remember off the top of my head whether it's even accepted as a LL course. Saylor's Software Engineering ought to be UL, but I can't guarantee it.

Thanks, I'll be trying Saylor first and I'll report back how it transfers if I end up passing Smile

The Saylor course is tough and it's not likely it will transfer in as UL though you could take a shot and ask TESU academic advising and see if they give you an answer.

TESU has the UL Network TECEP, though hard, is passable.

I did that course in like 20 hours. There are no exams and no books to read. It's easy but the material is pretty dry so it's not a fun class.

The project is a Software Requirements Specification (SRS) document which isn't hard to do.

So are the assignments and course requirements laid out so that you can work ahead and complete the course ahead of schedule?

Also wondering this about sos 110
