I got the email today from on up high. The Navy has resumed testing of paper based testing of CLEP, DSST, and Excelsior exams at shore facilities. From my understanding, ships are still not able to administer the exams. Just the same, this is good news for those needing to take Excelsior exams again.

WOW! I had no idea. That is a great program and it is sad that someone like me, a sailor and avid test taker on a carrier does not know this.
