Looking to find out which upper level classes have multiple choice finals and no papers. Is there a way to find this out myself on the UMPI site?

The easiest way to get the most up-to-date answer is to ask your student adviser., This is important because per Jessica, most courses with exams are being transitioned into courses with essay/project assessments for the final.

The number of classes with an exam are decreasing. You should check with your academic advisor to see what classes with exams are available. There's also been less than 25% of classes with exams. Some programs don't have any exams.
