I don't know anything about accreditation when it comes to these sorts of programs. I don't know anything about licensing requirements aside from the fact that it's likely a state matter. I think it's pretty simple to google this stuff. That's what I did and this is one of the things that popped up

Basically, alternative medicine is broken down into so many different paths, you need to look up the certification or licensing requirements in your state. Most states do not require any licensing for alternative medicine except for Naturopathic Medicine as linked above. If you want to be "technical", there are two schools in Canada and a few in the US that are accredited by CNME. You should go directly to the source as one of the schools in the links provided is no longer accredited: https://cnme.org/ | https://cnme.org/accredited-programs/
Note: The one Alpha listed above is in Quebec, this particular one is not regulated in that province and the other provinces or territories will have restrictions on its use, it's similar to a NA or state approved program. There are many RA, NA, and state approved/authorized schools that have similarly priced programs that are not Naturopathic Medicine but a slightly different named Alternative Medicine program. Most will allow you to practice alternative holistic or homeopathy based medicine, as these are not regulated.

I'm pretty sure that I could come up with a pile of evidence that indicates that homeopathy is ineffective at treating virtually any malady. But I'm totally disinterested in arguing about it. I think there are some places where you can be certified/licensed to practice some form of Oriental Medicine such as Accupuncture but beyond that I think homeopathy is a snake oil thing. I even think a lot of the "supplement industry" is bogus although you're welcome to take as many multivitamins as you like. There are all sorts of "alternative medicines." I don't know too much about it but the people I have met who are into that sort of thing don't seem to be healthier than me (or the average person). I'd say that about 90% of my meals are vegetarian and that has helped me to feel better in some ways. I also think that if people would exercise more they'd feel a lot better too. But that's just basic medical advice at this point.
