I’m looking for the worldwide options, most cost effective (<$5k) and accredited online Ph.D. in Computer Science / Information Technology.
I know my funds are low but I hope there may be an available option.
Could anyone give me some advice? Thank you so much.

I'm not sure what you've looked at already and if you even searched your own country. We don't know any other details of your request except, Online PhD in CS/IT for under 5K. Oh, and did you check out my previous posts or threads? There is already a couple available from PI, India and probably more. Here's the link for 3 of my threads from last year. Your best option is what I am looking at right now, AMA University DBA/DIT for $5K USD each, I'm thinking of doing both at the same time if they allow me...
