anyone have advice/guidance on the Operations Management class final? I don't even know where to start with the powerpoint, I roughly understood the course material, but putting it all together is difficult

I'm in the same boat! I feel like I have a good grasp on the course material aside from the manufacturing/distribution portion, but the case study for the final doesn't seem very informative, so I'm kind of at a loss.

Does this class still use Corus - Continuous Improvement for the case study? If it is, then everything you need for the PowerPoint is in the course content. The questions under Did you.... on the Final Assessment instruction sheet really cover what Professor Dorsey was looking for when I took this class. Part of the PowerPoint was a plan that I had to create. The case study was really just background info on the organization. If you're struggling, I would definitely reach out to her or whoever the professor is.
