TAMUC Free 3 Credit Course Winter Mini Term - Tedium - 12-12-2022
They have Undergraduate and Graduate courses available. You have to be admitted and I believe the term starts 12/19/2022, so I don't know if it's feasible, but I thought I would throw it out there in case it was. This would help already admitted students for sure, and they have the Texas Government course on the list.
I've e-mailed them to ask if it was possible for me. I sent in my application on 11/23/2022, so we'll see.

It's a great opportunity for those with few transcripts. It would cost me about $200 to order all of mine. lol

I was thinking about that as I was sending all mine in lol. I ended up leaving out my DSSTs to save a few bucks.

Looks interesting, but unfortunately I don't think it's still possible to apply. I don't see Winter 2022 under "Select your semester" in ApplyTexas or the Common App.

Update: I sent an email and they said that they'd move my application into the Winter term (if I apply Spring 2023). Might actually be able to do this after all

Update #2: I've been accepted as a nondegree student and have been able to enroll in a class. Will be taking Global Health Issues.
