We recently received an official transcript from Credly/Acclaim. Thomas Edison State University will accept in transfer most ACE reviewed courses/exams on the transcript that include both a badge from the offering organization as well as an ACE badge. Since there was no ACE badge included for the following items, credit was not added to your record. Please request an updated transcript be sent to transcripts @tesu.edu for the following: 
 
Saylor Academy- BUS 203: Principles of Marketing
Sophia Learning- Introduction to Psychology
Saylor Academy- BUS 205: Business Law

I opened a support ticket with Credly in the hopes they can do something about it. In the meantime, was wondering if anyone else ever had a problem like this. The transcript said it was an official ACE transcript. I don't know. Seems like a silly rule.

I have the same issue with English Composition II I got from Sophia recently. Looks like I am missing an ACE badge on the transcript. 

"Thanks for reaching out. The Credly transcript we received did not include the ACE recommendation badge for the Sophia course English Composition II, therefore we are unable to award credit at this time. In order for credit to be awarded from a Credly transcript, both the institutional badge (in this case - Sophia) and ACE recommendation badge are required. Please contact Credly to request that your official transcript be updated to include the ACE badge, and then please have your transcript resubmitted to TESU."

I emailed Credly and hopefully they can fix this! I feel so anxious. (English Composiiton II on Sophia took kind of long to complete!)
