I'm a new student and have enrolled for the May 1st Start Date at Excelsior University. What is the latest date to receive a full refund for the semester that begins this date?

You will need to contact EU and ask them.

I think the latest is day 3 of that term.

Just wondering, why are you wanting to get a refund? I would recommend getting more credits before you actually take classes at Excelsior.
