I'm down to my last 5 classes at UMPI and they're all electives.
Does anyone have any recommendations based on getting them done as quickly as possible?

It looks like you need all UL electives. If you're good with exams, I found these to go fairly quickly:
BUS 321
BUS 330
BUS 343
BUS 440
The first two have no milestones, so that helps a lot. The second two have minimal milestones, although the graders seem to be overloaded with work, so they may take extra time to affirm and/or need to be prompted with a polite email.
