PCJ 215 Business Communication - Mom5 - 04-23-2023
Does anyone definitely know whether Communication Work (Sophia) covers this? I can knock off a Study.com class that does really easily, but I don’t want to waste the exam if I don’t have to.

The one you want to take is Business Communication. It definitely covers it. I just used it a few months ago.

It will work, but it does include 4 touchstone assignments. If speed is a priority over the exam limit, the SDC course has no assignments and can be knocked out extremely quickly.

If “Communication at Work” won't fill the requirement, I think I'd rather use the exam than do 4 touchstones. The Study.com course is ridiculously simple.

I completed the study.com course in 1 day. It was extremely easy and I think I scored in the 90s for the exam. Study is definitely the best place to take the course.

I was referencing Business Communication, the course you mentioned in your original reply. It has four touchstones and has transferred in as PCJ 215.
Workplace Communication has one touchstone, but I only see it transferring in as BUS 210 in the UMPI transfer equivalencies database. Has that changed?

They study.com class was also very easy. I have completed all the quizzes, but haven’t taken the final with the hope that workplace communication is enough.

I can pay the $70 if I need to for the additional exam, but I’d rather not.
There are a couple other classes I could fit in, but they have multiple papers and I feel like they might just be easier to do through UMPI.
