University of South Carolina - Free Certificates in Hospitality Management - Maniac Craniac - 10-25-2023 https://www.sc.edu/study/colleges_schools/hrsm/about/news/2023/usc_offering_free_certificate_program_in_hospitality_and_tourism_management.php Unfortunately, I just found this a few minutes ago and the deadline for the next cohort is today The good news is, there are more cohorts coming up and 3 different certificates that will be offered. (To clarify if there's any confusion. The main page mentions the 9/25 deadline for the previous cohort, but if you click to register it will tell you that the current deadline is 10/25.) Is there a mailing list that will inform someone when the others open up? I registered for this one too. RE: University of South Carolina - Free Certificates in Hospitality Management - bjcheung77 - 10-26-2023 So many freebies, so little time, must resist signing up... I think there was a slightly different program from USF and it was free as well, I skipped it but told my wife about it as it deals with Hospitality Management. I'm not in that industry so I didn't take that one then... I should tell my wife as it would be very similar to the one previously mentioned for USF (or whatever institution it was). RE: University of South Carolina - Free Certificates in Hospitality Management - Maniac Craniac - 10-26-2023 USF had the "Post-Crisis Hospitality Leadership" Certificate, which indeed seems similar to the "Post-Pandemic Skills in Hospitality and Tourism" certificate that the webpage says will be available at a later date. Also FAU's certificate in Hospitality & Tourism Management was free at first, but if I recall correctly, no one here knew about it until it was already too late to register.
