Application website repeatedly logging me out - kcstudent - 11-02-2023

I'm trying to submit my application, but the website is very unstable. After making an account and logging in, I was able to get to the application page, but whenever I try to fill in my info and move to another page, it will automatically log me out, preventing me from making any progress. I tried both Chrome and Firefox, and get the same behavior. I don't know if the site is normally this buggy, or if I have to do something specific to resolve the issue. Anybody else have this problem?

UPDATE: Not sure what was happening, but I solved the problem by switching to a different computer.

Glad you figured it out, I had issues as well. I used the link provided in the WIKI to apply but it takes me to a completely different site, the College for West Virginia application site? That one gave me issues because I already have a state log-in for my state's college portal and somehow they all interlink. Anyway, I backed out and applied on the Pierpont site and it seems to have worked. Now I'll start sending transcripts to ESprocessing@pierpont.edu. Hope that is still the next step.

@kcstudent, on the computer you are having issues, it most likely has too many cookies, browsing history, internet temp files, etc. You may want to try it in Inprivate or Incognito mode, depending on the browser and see if that fixes it. If it does, just clear your browser data "all time/advanced" and it should work.
