Pierpont Application Verification Issue - Liteweight13 - 02-07-2024
Having an issue getting getting my Application Identification completed.
I have reached out to several sources leading to the Registrar. I have called multiple times but can't get a call back. Any suggestions on who I can reach out to?

I'm not sure what the issue is, does it show you an error or what the problem is? What info is missing, if any? Is it a website you're on, or an email you're reading? Are there any extra links or something to click onto and get a different message? Could you provide extra details if any or a screenshot without your personal details?

Here is the Letter I received via email from Pierpont. The issue is when i called the help desk or admissions they are telling me to contact the Registrar.
I have called everyday this week and left voicemails with no call back. I'm just trying to find a solution to get my application through to get my degree approved for April.

Initial letter I received from Pierpont.....
Thank you for your application to Pierpont Community & Technical College. Pierpont is working on creating your student account; your student account is how you will access your Pierpont email, official information, and online course information. You will receive your account information in a letter in the mail in approximately two weeks. If you are applying for Spring 2024 or future term, this letter will take longer to generate possibly four to six weeks.
In the meantime, please have all previous colleges send official final transcripts to Pierpont. Pierpont will also need final official high school transcripts. If you have attended college after graduating from high school, then you are not required to submit official high school transcripts.
If you are applying to a selective program, you will receive a letter in the mail listing program specific requirements.
Official digital transcripts can be sent by your school to processing@pierpont.edu

I know nothing of the school but are you clearly applying for the Board of Governors A.A.S. degree and they are not confusing it with a residential degree?

Interesting, most people received their info through regular snail mail. I applied as a transfer student as I had plenty more than the regular student application (I wasn't applying as if I was a freshman). Verify in your emails that you have received anything, check junk or spam folders. I would also email admissions/registrar, cc Nancy and Lisa.
Everything came through to me by email instead (and snail mail which I haven't opened yet!), I was able to get everything up and running and sent off my transcripts to processing@pierpont.edu - My only contact with Nancy and Lisa, was to email them confirming my graduation, no other correspondence at all! Good luck, update us...

It says you have to wait for a letter in the mail within the next 2-6 weeks.
1. How long has it been since you received the demand letter?
2. Did you receive anything in the mail yet?
