I wanted to update you on my current situation. I tried enrolling in TESU but was told that I needed 9 RA credits in English. Unfortunately, my IU credits were not evaluated because IUBH won't provide official transcripts unless you have completed half of your study program. (Note to everyone: they are predatory for profit and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone).
I did some extra courses before unenrolling, completing the ones I had enrolled in previously(failed all of them because the proctors want you to live in a void out of this universe).
I Tried starting on Metropolia to get the RA-equivalent credit, but, they discontinued the entire program for foreigners, Crashed and burned trying to do the Saylor Courses(you end up feeling you're spending more time fighting with the platform than actually learning), so I'm enrolling on the LSIB's Advanced Diploma in Computing and Information Technology, to make a top-up BSc Computing at Derby, additionally. I'm also going to enroll in the FREE PGCert. Computer Science at Woolf for the sake of self-fulfillment(they seem not to need a bachelor's degree if you already have work experience)
So, this is my current travel path. I will keep you updated on my progress.

The fee for the programme is as follows: 6 Months - GBP £1250 or 9 Months - GBP £950, just wondering which one did you go for? BTW, are you planning to get a Level 6 or 7 afterwards?

I'm going to do 6 months for £1250, And then going to do Derby's BSc. Computing and Information Technology, I already paid the £15 registration fee and filled the forms, So far the process has been straightforward.

The trouble with IU is that one is not an official university student at the beginning (not sure if it applies to all students, or just those using the online discount, "web saver" or whatever they used to call it).
They are likely doing it for accreditation reasons (so that drop-out rates are low, as most quit at the beginning, and especially so they can keep lower number of professors - they'd have to hire lot more professors otherwise).
That's very unfortunate consequence, sorry to hear that.
On UMPI reddit I read about CS opening this year, not sure if it's just the old rumours or more recent news from someone well informed...
You could likely get the RA credit from University of Helsinki online courses.

We can't anymore, already searched on XAMK and Helsinki, same measures
I would, really, really love getting a CS degree from UMPI, their program design seems so sound and well made. But the Reddit subs of distance education institutions(and Reddit in general) seems to be always so wrong, like they are living in another alternate reality so far removed from ours...

IIRC you are outside of EU? In such case Metropolia is out of question, but regarding UoHelsinki, on the website it didn't look very positively, but I was on their official Discord couple weeks ago and there were questions about that, seemed like anybody will get the transcript and those outside of Finland can just ask via email for pdf transcript (not certificate but transcript with credits, that's what I understood). It likely only applies to few courses, mostly programming and algorithms, not all the ones on UoH MOOCs website.
Of course, I can't vouch for that, devil is in the detail as we all know here, neither questions nor answers were detailed (eg. EU vs. outside of EU) but the mooc.fi Discord would be a good place to ask, UoH teaching assistants and professors answered there. Sure, thorny path, then, if at all, one likely gets the digital pdf and not the paper, which is another problem...

SQA level 5 standard is lower than UK Ofqual Level 5. If you are going for upper level courses. This is a big deal.

That's correct, there are differences between UK frameworks... Maybe OP's following through with what I was saying, a Level 6 then Level 7, and a BSc 'top-up' afterwards. So this means the course is actually a High School-level class? I just noticed they changed the accreditor(was ATHE) and also changed the course name(it used to be "Advance", not Advanced).

Mistakes happen, it won't really matter, as the pricing is the same for every level they charge, just exchange the order to the correct one. Yes, the new one you linked is using the correct UK Qualification that can ladder up to a top up Bachelors later if you wanted, as it actually is a Bachelors equivalent for level 6.
