In other words, we're too insignificant, even though there are over 7 billion of us. Other mammals may add up to more (at least what I think, even if it's those different species of animals all combined). RE: Humans may be fueling global warming by breathing: new study - Ghostwill - 01-10-2024 The amount of CO2 we emit is quite insignificant though RE: Humans may be fueling global warming by breathing: new study - LevelUP - 01-10-2024 My thoughts when I saw this article was: 1. It's a Babylon Bee article which is probably more credible than the news at this point. 2. It's an April 1st article released too soon. RE: Humans may be fueling global warming by breathing: new study - Old Guy - 01-12-2024 The atmosphere used to have hundreds if not thousands of times the CO2 as today. That was before all the coal, oil, and gas, and literal mountains of calcium carbonate was sequestered. And what term would best describe the climate back then? Lush! I've been through imminent nuclear death, global cooling, Y2K, and now global warming. I've survived repeated manufactured fear. The most efficient extraction won't free more than a small percentage of sequestered CO2. In a few hundred years the markets will find alternatives or we will freeze in the dark. In the meantime marginally higher CO2 will be sequestered in new plant growth. The world is already greening from the minuscule rise of CO2. Put the New York headline in the video with the sound of Jordin Sparks' "No Air," and there's a million views. It's so hard for me to breathe Tell me how I'm supposed to breathe with no air Can't live, can't breathe with no air RE: Humans may be fueling global warming by breathing: new study - NotJoeBiden - 01-22-2024 (01-12-2024, 10:26 PM)Old Guy Wrote: The atmosphere used to have hundreds if not thousands of times the CO2 as today. The temperature. Why are so many robots white? - LevelUP - 02-18-2024 Why are so many robots white? By Mark Paterson, Professor of Sociology, University of Pittsburgh https://theconversation.com/why-are-so-many-robots-white-213336 It seems pretty tedious to dwell on so I wonder why they did this study?
