Anyone receive their BOG degree? - DEPY - 06-30-2024
I was wondering if anyone who graduated in May has actually received their BOG degree. I called last week and was told I should receive it by June 30th and haven't gotten anything.

If you've waited for 6-8 weeks, and it's been indicated you'll receive it soon or around that time frame... It's the USPS (I forgot which company they use now to ship the diploma!) I think it was UPS now, never mind, I still don't remember...oopsie, anyways, it's just a delay, wait for a week after July 4th long weekend and you'll have it...

For mine, it was about 8 weeks and USPS dropped it off in my mailbox (folding it a bit despite the "Do not fold" stamp on the envelope).

Most of the threads indicated that happened with their shipment of the diploma as well... For me, I use a shipping address, thus, it didn't get bent! I don't mind paying the minor fees associated with them, even though I work from home and can grab the mail when it gets delivered, I go and grab the mail whenever it comes as I get notifications by email...

I emailed Nancy Parks who then forwarded my inquiry to J.J. that heads the registrar and is in charge of sending out diplomas. He replied telling me that it wasn't sent back to them and not sure why I did not receive it, but would schedule a reprint which would take a few weeks and to confirm my address. I requested tracking to see the status and after providing my address he then tells me that my address was where it was sent. I had to ask again for tracking only for him to tell me they don't track deliveries. When I asked how he was able to confirm that my diploma was sent to my address I was met with no reply.
This is very frustrating as it has been exactly 2 months and have not received my diploma and when I try to search around no one is talking about receiving or not receiving theirs.

It took me a while to get the diploma... I grabbed the transcripts instead and sent them to UMPI indicating that I have the Pierpont BOG AAS. The physical diploma didn't even arrive yet and I was already granted admissions plus changed my BLS to BAS before I even started planning which minors I wanted...

Same here. My advisor changed my plan to BAS when I told her conferrment would happen on Aug 2nd. I expect to receive the actual BOG diploma sometime in mid to late September.

Can you verify you received your diploma? I havent received mine and have reached out to the registrar with no resolve. I am a May 2024 graduate as well.

I am a Spring 2024 graduate and received my diploma in mid-June
