Credit Hour Residency Waiver Fee - sirnicksalot - 12-05-2024 My apologies if this was covered somewhere already, but in regards to the credit hour residency waiver, I'll likely need less than 8 classes for my degree (and the waiver) thanks to transfer credits. I was wondering if I were to take a TECEP for something that isn't required for my degree or is already met thanks to a transfer class, would that count toward the 8 or am I just destined to pay the fee? RE: Credit Hour Residency Waiver Fee - Avidreader - 12-06-2024 As far as I know, teceps only waive the residency fee for military students. RE: Credit Hour Residency Waiver Fee - bjcheung77 - 12-07-2024 Basically, it's great you're asking questions, but without much info, it's going to be either a Yes or No answer. Yes, if you are military, you can take credits towards residency using TECEPs and PLA. No, if you're civilian, you'll have to take classes or e-packs with TESU, you can try the flat rate of 15 credits if you have good time management and not many commitments. |
