Birthright citizenship will be held up in court, this is more for show.

To show what?

I didn’t like Biden’s overextension of executive orders, and I don’t like Trump’s either.

I believe executive orders should have much tighter limits. These orders shouldn’t have a significant impact on spending, tax collection, or laws that have a major impact on U.S. citizens. When it comes to minor things like renaming the Gulf of Mexico to "Gulf of America," I’m not too concerned.

Birthright citizenship is embedded in the 14th Amendment of the Constitution, making it nearly impossible to overturn. Any attempt would likely face a permanent injunction while it drags through the courts and ultimately fails.

Not to brag, but if you look at my track record, I’ve been 100% accurate on all these major court cases.  Smile

That he tried to do it but the courts shot it down.

Mr.Govia discussed NotJoeBiden's very argument in the short video I posted. It will be interesting to see how this works out. Note - The order takes effect 30 days after it was signed. Only after that date will babies born to illegals be denied U.S. Citizenship.

The argument is predicated on classifying these immigrants as terrorists from a hostile foreign nation.

There is a much better analysis from an unbiased source that uses a political law expert: https://youtu.be/knH3v5aEe_g?feature=shared

When is he going to lower the cost of eggs? After he revokes birthright citizenship?

Wow, that’s a remarkably bad video.  The guy literally cited Trump’s executive order as the reason why Trump’s executive order is right. He tried to pass it off as being from the Ark decision, but it isn’t. It also is VERY clear that he hasn’t actually read the Ark decision, based on a number of things he says, just the syllabus (the summary).
