Most likely same, just from the name... You shall try to research a bit on how to find whether university is legit - by accreditation etc. Eg. if you are looking in France, find somewhere a list of accredited universities, that is a good first step but sufficient for most. RE: City University of Paris to European City University - wee2222 - 03-20-2025 City University of Paris to European City University Qualiopi-certified seems to b a strong selling point RE: City University of Paris to European City University - newdegree - 03-20-2025 (03-20-2025, 02:34 PM)wee2222 Wrote: Qualiopi-certified seems to b a strong selling point Do your research before coming to this forum. Stop posting degree mill schools here. RE: City University of Paris to European City University - Tomas - 03-20-2025 It is a weak selling point. It means they are not a university, but a local education institute. I guess Qualiopi also certifies training for security guards, cleaners, etc., - at least that is how it works in my (EU too) country. They certify anything that is not regulated. I might be wrong but it is very likely that MBA and DBA titles are not regulated in France (ie. are NOT on par with masters/doctorate study, in fact are not a university study at all). At least that is how it is in some European countries. And if it is not regulated, anyone, even me or you, can establish education institute and train others to become DBA. (Sure, to get Qualiopi there will be some standards required, but it is not university study accreditation.) Just setup your own school and grant yourself a DBA. I am exaggerating a bit of course. At some you will actually learn something. But still it is not university study. Anyway, we are back to why you want to study, which was my original question. Some people want to learn something, that is all. Some people are business owners who want to hang a nice looking diploma on the wall to impress clients. Some people want to get MBA to work for a global company or to study DBA at a real university. So there are many reasons for getting degree, and for some even these totally unaccredited business companies offering business courses and granting a diploma with MBA title are good enough. Or at least make one thread and list every school. Why make multiple threads? Create a "Legit or Nope" thread or something. |
