ASU Universal Learners - Now $300! ($100 discount) Until 4/30 - Captainrekt000 - 04-18-2025

Good news, everyone!

I just got a text from ASU. For a limited time, ASU Universal Learner Courses are $300 per transcription (instead of $400) with no limit until 4/30/25!

This is great for people like me who consistently finish tons of ASU courses but do not transcript them immediately (they give us up to 12 months after course completion to transcript it).

I personally like to space out the transcriptions every month so I don't get a huge bill due at the end of the month. This allows me to pay off the credit card's last statement balance in full (I use the PayPal Cashback Mastercard to get 3% cashback on all PayPal purchases, including ASU transcription costs).

I attached the text message and confirmation from ASU that my course transcription will cost $300 instead of $400.

For a 3-credit course, it will cost $25 (course start fee) + $300 = $325 total, or $109/credit.

For a 4-credit course, it will cost $25 (course start fee) + $300 = $325 total,  or $82/credit.

This will definitely incentivize me to finish my ASU Universal Learners course that I've been procrastinating on!

Edit: Unfortunately, it's important to read the course syllabus to find out when the "minimum course dates" are required before you can transcript them, even if you speed through it (It's usually 6 or 8 weeks after course start).

So, for courses that started April 5th and before (8-week minimum classes) and classes that started April 19 and before (6-week minimum classes) will likely make the 4/30/25 deadline for the $100 discount.

Yo, nice. That will motivate me to finish the one class I've been sitting on 《Cloud Computing)

This is a very good price for those who want the RA and graded credits, as you can selectively go for a higher grade before you pay for the transcript... So, for example, if you want to get 5 A's at 95% or higher in each class, you can do so! It's a pretty good deal for those interested in the sciences as they're 4 credits each for the same price point...And I just checked, they don't have any upper level classes if I recall correctly, meaning these would be good for general education and electives...
