Oakford Academy - International Language School - bjcheung77 - 05-22-2025
Just wondering if anyone has taken classes from this institution before? They've got a few languages and I am interested in learning more about their programs if anyone has taken classes previously. They're in the European Union I believe, so their target market is still people in Europe, I think they're expanding globally as they're adding languages and also partnerships.
With ENEB partnership, it's just $50 Euro/12 months (without ENEB, it's $450 Euro a year). It feels like a good deal if you purchase the ENEB and Oakford together, 12 month subscription, it's like having ENEB for free and paying for Oakford! I want to compare this with other cheapies or freebies such as Berlitz, Duolingo, Rosetta Stone, etc. Anyone take the ENEB deal?

It's a good deal - I think. I have chosen the option with the recommendation letter.

I was checking it after it was mentioned in ENEB thread recently and to me it seems like they have just opened it and are testing with first batch of students from ENEB, it is a business of ENEB owners. (It is not possible to register through the website, only through ENEB promo link, also the domain name was only purchased recently - 2+ months ago.)

They claimed to have +15,000 students, which seems to be a false advertisement since they only have a two-month history.

I've signed up for the Oakford Italian course through ENEB, and the platform and course are very good. I would argue it's much better quality than ENEB itself. Where the problem exists is they have been dragging their feet with providing access to the bonus Harvard Course + AI Specialization + Employability Courses.

Yes, I left checking them with the benefit of the doubt. They claim some history and teaching in some cities. One probable scenario could be that ENEB owners purchased brand from some company that run local language teaching business under that brand in the past.
