That's over 90 credits, which is the threshold I recommend... You're pretty well off if you can score those credits for the final phase after all have been transferred. Lastly, all universities will have specific start dates, from Excelsior, PUG/WGU, SNHU, TESU, UMPI, to whatever else there is in our recommended list of institutions on the WIKI... Essentially, it's all applying and transferring your credits, then start the final classes with them at a certain start date (session or term).
