I don't think that you will be able to do what you are trying to do by mixing and matching requirements. ENEB isn't a real Master's Degree and trying to find schools that will accept a Validential evaluation AND that have a good DHA program is going to be even tougher. VUL only accepts WES or equivalent, so not Validential. VUL also requires that you have 90 credits beyond a Bachelor's, so you are going to need an actual masters degree and not ENEB. As the DHA only grants you 36 credits, you must make up the remaining 54 with graduate coursework that VUL would accept. 

OakState is even more stringent that VUL in that they state expicitly, 

"Students who have earned a post baccalaureate degree in a health related discipline from another state institution may be granted a maximum of 30 credit hours towards the core and elective DHA courses with program director approval. Transcripts will be evaluated on a case by case basis and reviewed by the Faculty Admissions Committee to determine if/how many credits from a previous matriculation may apply." 

So I don't know how you could read that and think "ENEB might work". If you want a quick Master's degree, you could look into WGU. If you are motivated, there are some Masters that you can finish in one term or less.

Makes more sense to go VUL if you want a Doctor title that’s accredited(TRACS-not preferred) with the advantage of being easier and quicker (36 hours) as the remaining hours (54 hours) would be satisfied by the Global Masters. VUL, as evidenced by other members accepts Validential. What we have been hearing though is Validential not evaluating ENEB anymore, however, even if they don’t you still have two other evaluators that will evaluate as graduate credits so you’ll still have the credits to satisfy the remaining 54 hours.
