My daughter (19) is wrapping up her last term of college. She will be graduating from TESU with an AS in Bus Admin and a BA in Psych. (Yes - gobs of alt credit thx to this group and free PSEO from our state). She wants to further her studies, but never had any intention of pursuing psych further. In other words, she never wanted to be a therapist etc.
She took a break for the last eight months and participated in the Disney College Program, which she loved. She learned that she loved hospitality, and we are wondering what to do next. She is considering an eCornell certificate in Hospitality Management, but could earn an additional associate's or bachelor's (or master's???) in Hospitality.
Any thoughts or ideas are welcome. Her theory is to earn now, while she still lives at home and doesn't have the added expense of rent, car payment, etc ...
She prefers online learning and, while low cost is important, she has considerable savings and is not opposed to spending it for the right program.

Missouri State University has a graduate certificate stackable to a Master of Professional Studies in Hospitality Administration all online. Tuition 394 per semester hour regardless of state residency. You mention the Disney College Program – is she a resident of FL or CA? There are some in-state options there.

Most people working in hospitality don't have a degree especially one in that field. It's not a well paying field unfortunately. What aspects of hospitality did she enjoy? She maybe able to use those skills in a different field - one that she could earn a living from and pay rent and groceries.
