Judaic Studies Concentration at Charter Oak State College - Endercreeper01 - 09-03-2025
I would like to get started with the Judaic Studies Program. However, I'm not sure where I could find the courses for such a program, or where I would begin.
Is there any way that I can find the courses elsewhere to take the Judaic Studies courses required?

You would need to make sure that COSC accepts Coopersmith--a lot of what they take and don't has changed in recent years.

Otherwise they might have created it mainly as an option for people who've gone to yeshiva to transfer some of that into a secular degree.

COSC specifically does not accept Coopersmith, Rechtschaffen Institute of Judaic Studies, or Tor Academy.

This seems like is a question for COSC admissions.

If you're open to another university, have a look at this thread for two inexpensive Judaic Studies or Religious Studies (where you can focus on Judaic Studies) options: https://www.degreeforum.net/mybb/Thread-Genesis-University
