Texas A&M International University Online MBA - dleewo - 11-21-2025

Hi,

I'm considering this school to do an MBA but in searching the forums here, it doesn't appear to a lot.  The tuition is only $11,000 for TX residents but $30,000 for out of state.  Is that why?

Has anyone here done the MBA at this school, or currently doing it? I would love get some feedback on what the program is like.

I'm looking at the International Banking and Finance concentration.

I'm also looking at Eastern University. I'm now finishing up the MS Data Science there so I know what the school is like.  The only other school I'm considering is LSU Shreveport.  They have a Finance concentration.  They are the most expensive of the 3 schools.

Hmm, I see you picked Eastern University instead of University of the Cumberlands for your MS Data Science. I'd suggest you continue with the MBA at Eastern University if you are familiar with their learning style and system. I would look at several factors, such as course content, cost, ease, speed, etc, and see if you can add more choices to your short list, select a first/second choice, and a backup.

Yes, the tuition for in state and out of state is going to be different for most schools. Some institutions will have the same for exclusively online institutions. If you really are strapped for cash and would like CBE, you may want to add PUG/WGU for their MBA options, and if you have the time to complete this in a year, the HAU MBA is only $3K if their scholarship is still available.

Here's a thread you may want to review, you may want to do something other than a generic MBA (even with concentrations you're interested in), such as the MAOL/MSML or MSB/MSM, it's going to be very similar to the MBA: https://www.degreeforum.net/mybb/Thread-List-of-Cheap-Online-MBA-Programs-That-Can-Be-Completed-in-Under-1-Year
