For those who have the Sophia.org membership and need an introduction to the subject/topic, it's a good addition. For others who have a little bit of a background, you may want to do the other IT/CS related classes offered and focus on those instead...

I’d say the challenges are fairly easy for anyone with some computer knowledge. The touchstones don’t look too bad. Maybe about 1 to 2 hours each, depending on your prior experience.
Overall, it’s a great course for beginners.
