I completed English Comp II with Sophia. I got it in credly and transferred it to TESU. TESU is telling me it doesn’t have an ACE badge? “ We recently received an official transcript from Credly for your ACE recommended coursework. Thomas Edison State University will accept in transfer most ACE reviewed courses/exams on the transcript that include both a badge from the offering organization as well as the ACE badge. Since there was no ACE badge included for the following courses on your Credly transcript, credit was not added to your record. Please request to have an updated Credly transcript sent to [email protected] for the following: *Sophia (English Composition II )“ Any recommendations?

Occasionally Sophia misses attaching the ACE badge. This might be related to the version of the course changing during the time you took it. Something similar happened to me with a different Sophia course. Contact Sophia and ask them to attach the ACE badge. Then send the new Credly transcript to TESU.
