Does anyone happen to have the course material for FEMA courses IS631 Public Assistance Operations I and IS632 Introduction to Debris Operations in FEMA's Public Assistance Program? I filled out the on-line enrollment form, but it said it would take 4 weeks for it to get here
. I'm trying to avoid FCC, so if anyone can please help me, appreciate it.

Did you check the study guide and book exchange thread? This post would probably be more appropriate there. amazon.com does have real books for some of the fema classes, but I am not sure if they are in the subjects you want. If they are though, with expedited shipping you could have the book in a week or so, but it probably wouldn't include the final exam, you would have to wait for that anyway.

I got my CD in about 3-4 days.

I have taken 98 percent of the fema classes allowed for credit. Why do you need that one there are so many easier exams?
