I know lots of people have said that this clep was harder than they expected and that there were things on here not in the IC flashcards. Ive passed intro to psych so at least I have that to help me but what else would you suggest. I just started studying yesterday and take the clep on thursday!! I have to pass this! Also Ive seen people mention REA. Do you have to wait for this to come in the mail or is it an online text? Or can it be purchased somewhere? Ive also seen people say that they think its overkill. I used petersons for intro to psych and I thought it was a little harder than the test but def helped. Would the flashcards and petersons be sufficient for Human growth and Development too? Thanks much!

I am taking this on Tuesday. A lot have people have mentioned the REA book which seems to be at most Barnes and Noble Stores. I went there yesterday and read most of it in the store

I have been out of educational institutions for many years now, but recently took the CLEP exam for Human Growth and Development. I used only the materials that are on IC and did extremely well on the test. IC was more than enough material to prepare with.

thanks because it seems like the IC cards dont cover everything that others say is on the test. Did you take the peterson's test? If so how do you feel it compared to the actual CLEP?

DO the Ic stuff inside out, then the extra reading as recommended by the test specific forums..look up things on the wiki that are recommended to be studied in detail..that should cover you pretty well.
