FEMA to Clackamas to Excelsior - norema - 01-14-2009
Well, I paid for FEMA credits to be put on a Clackamas transcript. Excelsior accepted the credits but posted them as quarter credit hours (.67). I hate when simple things interrupt the master plan. After paying $270 for the transcript is when I paid attention to ALEK. If I only knew then what I know now, as many would say. Well anyway, the only good thing now I suppose is that I'll complete the remaining lower level credit with some of those courses.
