Ever since the Specific Feedback section went hi-tech, I have not been able to get in. I have tried following the directions below the link but no go. Any suggestions?

When I log in here it automatically logs me into that area and it is displayed at the bottom of the page. If you cannot see it, I would contact the webmaster! There may be an issue with your account so it won't allow you to login to the paid members only area. This happened to another member here a few months back. Email them for help.

On the top right corner of the home page in discussion forum there is a log in option. Your user name is the name you used to sign up with instant cert and use every time you enter. Your password is the password you used to sign up originally and use every time you log to I.C.. I hope it works, if not then try the webmaster. As long as your InstantCert account is associated with your forum account, you shouldn't have any problems. If they are separate, it may be more difficult to get in. And if you still have problems, as marianne202 said, the webmaster is there to help.
