Organizational Behavior - DHammond - 10-12-2006 Hey all: My girlfriend and I spent about 4 to 5 hours studying for the DANTES Organizational Behavior, went and took it several days later, just brushing up on the concepts on the way to the testing center. Anna felt pretty good about the test, mostly because she's taken most of her business tests already, but I felt like I didn't do so well on the exam - there was a lot of material on the exam that was not in the DANTES study guide. But, to my surprise we just found out we both passed! So I can definetly concur with everyone else, this is a pretty easy exam. Most of it is common sense, but you still need to know the correct terminology and definitions of their terms. If you're worried about it, I would use InstantCert in addition to the Study Guide. We also got our scores back for HRM, and were both pleasantly surprised at passing well, so that one goes down as an easy to average exam for us. Hope this helps some of you!
