I'm not sure about free Peterson's tests for the military, but check out this thread: http://www.degreeforum.net/general-education-testing-discussion/8588-free-petersons-tests-mcpl-replacement.html. Those are free Peterson's tests that anyone can access (for now.)

You can access it free here:

Click on the "Testing and Education reference center" on the left hand side of the screen, and it will take you to the Peterson's site.
