TESC Comprehensive tuition plan - jackzack87 - 04-07-2010

Has anyone here graduated from TESC using the comprehensive tuition plan? I have a couple questions...

1. How does graduation work into this? Say you take 3 semesters and finish up in one year exactly, finishing up just as your year expires. You are no longer an enrolled student; will TESC simply ask for the graduation fee and issue your diploma?

2. How do the semesters work? I know they run in 12 week lengths, but can you take classes starting the next month(say june) right after your March-May classes end?

thanks!

I did look into doing comprehensive, but for me it was not right.

1) From what I was told as long as you apply for graduation before your tuition is up you are OK. Remember if you ask 3 different TESC advisors you might get 3 different answers. They do have a 3 month extension of enrolement if that is all you need for completion

2) Classes start every month you could start one course every month and keep rolling along or you can start new courses the month after your current courses end. From what I have been told you just can't go over the maximum courses running at the same time. Usually there is a few days off between the end of one course and the start of the next.

I have also been told that if you go over the 36 credits in that one year you must reenroll and pay for those credits at the enrolled price.
Some of this advisors told me and some was told to me by others on the TESC site. If you have questions about TESC another good site is the unofficial site UNOFFICIAL TESC WEBSITE - Login
