Unless things have changed recently, none of the study.com final exams are open book.

This is directly from the course syllabus:

Items Allowed on Study.com Proctored Exam for Finance 301:

Blank scratch paper
Pen or pencil
A non-graphing, scientific calculator (We'll provide you access to Desmos scientific calculator during the final exam.)
Items NOT Allowed on Study.com Proctored Exam for Finance 301:

Office programs, web browsers, or any programs other than Software Secure (including Study.com lessons)
Textbooks (digital or physical)
Mobile phones, headphones, speakers, TVs, or radios
Notebooks or notes
Graphing calculators

Looks like the course is worth 300 points total.
Quizzes - 100 pts
Assignment 1 - 30 pts
Assignment 2 - 30 pts
Assignment 3 - 40 pts
Final - 100 points
You only need 210 points to pass.
Do what you can to get 100 pts on quizzes, put in some work on the assignments, and you won't have to do much on the final to pass. It all depends on what you want to get out of the course though. Do you need it to fulfill a degree requirement, do you need it but also want to gain knowledge from it? Dig in to the course content as deeply as you want. You shouldn't have too much trouble passing even though it's closed book.

Many SDC courses give you formula sheets which minimizes the need to memorize formulas. Looks like FIN301 is not one of them though.
